Darts Players Wanted for TV Show
A TV company called Coming Up Roses have been in touch as they are looking for darts players for an upcoming episode. If anyone is interested then get in touch with me and I send you over the contact details.
Daniel
We’re currently casting for a TV series called ‘The Taste Test Restaurant’. It’s a wonderful show in which we invite a selection of guests into a special restaurant, to test taste and compare a selection of foods. Episode 1 aired over Christmas and is available to watch on My5.
For one of our upcoming episodes, we are looking for a table of darts players to come and join us in our restaurant.
We’re looking for great characters who love playing darts and who wouldn’t be shy taste testing and giving their opinions on a range of foods on TV.
I thought I’d reach out to you in case there was a chance to share this opportunity with your network or in case any brilliant people spring to mind.
Filming is just one day in Kings Cross and would be either the 8th/9th/10th April. We cover travel and cover expenses, as well as providing lunch / snacks / drinks and we also offer a thank you fee of £150 for everyone involved.
We’d ideally be looking to select a table of about four people from a pool of applicants. If they know each other that would be preferred.
In terms of how to apply, we are asking interested people to send us a 1-2 minute selfie video before Wednesday 12th March – introducing themselves, telling us their favourite and least favourite foods, along with a couple of bits of information/facts about them, and why they’d be good at taste-testing food in our restaurant. From these selfie videos, over the next couple of days we’ll select a number of people to chat to further and potentially cast in one of our episodes.
Selfie videos will only be used for casting purposes and will only be seen internally at Objective Media Group and Channel 5. Please see our data protection policy below.
