The inaugural North Herts Darts League Youth Singles, with all under 21 registered players eligible, will take place at the Glebe Sports & Social Club on Wednesday 15th April at 7:45pm.

We have 10 players entered into the competition therefore the format will be as follows:

2 Groups of 5 players, the top 2 of each group will play in the Semi-Final (Winner Group 1 v Runner-up of Group 2 and Winner of Group 2 v Runner-up of Group 1). The Final will be held on Finals Night – Wednesday 3rd June.

Each game will be 501 best of 3, straight in and double finish. Nearest the bull will decide who will throw first in the 1st leg, 1st drawn player to throw for the bull first; Play will then alternate for remaining legs (no additional bull).

The draw for the groups will be made on the night with the following schedule

• Match No.1 – 1v2 Chalker = Player 4
• Match No.2 – 5v4 Chalker = Player 3
• Match No.3 – 3v1 Chalker = Player 5
• Match No.4 – 4v2 Chalker = Player 1
• Match No.5 – 5v3 Chalker = Player 2
• Match No.6 – 4v1 Chalker = Player 5
• Match No.7 – 3v2 Chalker = Player 4
• Match No.8 – 5v1 Chalker = Player 2
• Match No.9 – 4v3 Chalker = Player 1
• Match No.10 – 5v2 Chalker = Player 3
• Semi Final 1 – Winner Group 1 v Runner-up Group 2 Chalker = Bottom of Group 1
• Semi Final 2 – Winner Group 2 v Runner-up Group 1 Chalker = Bottom of Group 2
